- Work is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Normal production time: 12-20 business days (Sundays & Holidays excluded) depending on workload, design, and size.
- Three or more orders may extend production time.

When will my order ship?

Our normal production time is 12–20 business days (Sundays and holidays excluded), depending on the current workload, design complexity, and size of the order. Please note that placing three or more orders may extend the production time slightly. Once your order is completed, it will be prepared for shipping and you will be notified accordingly.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes via our Standard Economy service.
What about customs and duties?
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
